After a one year hiatus, the January Intersession of 2017 found Rutgers DEENR students back in the snowy environs of the central Adirondacks. We spent a week studying the influence of snow and cold on plants and animals, as well as snowshoeing, tracking and just enjoying the great outdoors. Darrell Jones composed this song Life in the Cold about the week long experience.
