Laboratory data analyst for IQVIA

Briefly describe your primary responsibilities in this role.
I take patient test result data collected from labs and analyze & deliver it to clients. I also oversee a few projects!

What skills or experiences from the EENR program have been most valuable in your career?
The technical skills I learned in any class that used R really helps with my role today. Excel knowledge helps too. Understanding general biology helps in the healthcare industry as well. But I really benefit most from understanding how to read, interpret, and analyze data, which was a skill taught in almost every course from my major. I also received a masters in Quantitative methods in epidemiology, biodiversity, and conservation from the University of Glasgow, which helped me practice those technical skills even more.

What is one memorable experience from your time in the EENR program?
All the field trips! Enrichment! Nature! Animals! I loved the hands on part of this program and I hope it never changes <3

What advice do you have for EENR students as they prepare for their careers?
There is no wrong path, whatever path you choose is the right one because YOU chose it! Life will work out in the end, so try not to put too much stress on yourself all the time.
